Use the massage tools 1-5 min after showering with a natural firming oil applied beforehand. Place the tool in the fridge for a few minutes to decongest or in hot water to relax.
1. Start first with the Gua Sha to stimulate, drain deeply with scraping techniques and finish with the Roll-On to break the fat and finish the massage.
2. Start with the calves if desired, starting from the ankle to the knee, all the way up the leg.
3. Then, from the knee to the top of the thigh, making straight lines, and turns around the leg, going up.
4. Move to the belly from the navel down the belly and in a more rapid and intense grid pattern.
5. You can then move on to the arms but also to the rest of the body (back, trapezius and shoulders)
