I have requested to cancel but I have not received an email?
If you have not received your cancellation email, first check your bulk-mail/spam folder to make sure it was not mistakenly put in there.
You may have unsubscribed from our email listings in the past which means that we are not able to send out any emails to you. If you haven't had any emails from the site for some time, this is probably the case. You will need to raise a ticket and ask us to take you off of this list.
