DELIVERY

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders that include customised items (if applicable) may take longer. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays. Please find below an overview of the shipping options and times.

If no one is available to accept delivery of the order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of your order from the courier company.

• Delivery within 3 to 5 working days all over Kuwait.

Please note that your order cannot be processed by our delivery partner on public holidays, so these days do not count as working days.

• For all orders of 20 KWD and above: Delivery will be free of charge

• For all other orders below 20 KWD: Delivery fee will be 2 KWD

• For all COD orders: Cash on delivery orders will be charged a fee of 1 KWD

• Yes, you can ship to a different address. When you are in the checkout process you will be invited to enter and select the billing and shipping address

• Orders may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, AFO/FPO addresses or to any address outside the KWT

• Orders are delivered Saturday through Thursday, excluding Friday and public holidays
