Yes. You can change the delivery date by visiting Manage My Subscriptions.
You will be able to select the most convenient date to receive your order, within the same month of the scheduled delivery.
You cannot change the delivery date within 48 hours of your order delivery, nor can you select a delivery date that is within 48 hours from now.
Example: Your next delivery is scheduled on October 13th but you want to change the delivery date. You can choose any date within the month October, except for a date within 48 hours from now, for your next delivery, as long as your next delivery is not scheduled within 48 hours. Please note, if you have more Subscriptions, you’ll need to manage each Subscription separately.
Yes. You can pause your next delivery by one month, until 48 hours from the scheduled delivery by visiting Manage My Subscriptions.
You can only pause your Subscription one time in a row. Once you paused your next delivery, you will not be able to pause the Subscription for a second month in a row. You are also able to adjust the delivery frequency, if you want to slow down your Subscription. Pausing your Subscription will not impact your savings.
Example: Your next delivery is on October 13th but you pause the subscription. Your next delivery will now be scheduled on November 13th.

You can easily adjust the frequency to receive your favorite items more or less frequently.
The next scheduled date of your Subscription will change automatically once you confirm the change in your account. Please note, if you have more Subscriptions, you’ll need to manage each Subscription separately.
Yes. You can cancel your Subscription, until 48 hours from the scheduled delivery by visiting Manage My Subscriptions. Please note, if you have more Subscriptions, you’ll need to manage each Subscription separately.
If you want to cancel within 48 hours from the scheduled delivery, you’ll be able to return your Subscription order for free and we’ll refund you the amount, in case the item is in its original, sealed and unused, state.
You can easily re-start your Subscription in your Subscriptions but once you have cancelled your Subscription, you will lose the savings you have collected.
Example: If you cancel your 4th delivery, and re-start the Subscription two months later, you will re-start at 10% discount again as this will count as your first delivery again.
You are also able to pause and/or adjust the delivery frequency, if you want to slow down your Subscription.

We are working hard to get the item as soon as possible to your doorstep. You’ll receive an email once the item is back in stock, and when your next order will be placed. Your credit card will not be charged until the order is confirmed.

Welcome to the terms and conditions ("Terms") for our Subscribe & Save subscription ordering program (“Subscribe & Save”). These Terms are between you and Allied Enterprises L.L.C, trading as Faces, a limited liability company duly organized under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, under the Commercial License number 203385, whose registered address is at P.O. Box 30069, Dubai, United Arab Emirates and whose paid up share capital is 200,000,000.00 United Emirates Arabic Dirhams (“Faces”, “us”, “we”, “our”).
The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Faces relating to Subscribe & Save. Please note that your use of the Faces website is also governed by our Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the Faces website, all of which (as changed over time) are incorporated into these Terms. By placing an order through Subscribe & Save, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements. Please read these Terms carefully.
The Subscribe & Save benefits discussed on the Subscribe & Save details page and Frequently Asked Questions page are part of these Terms. Faces reserves the right to change the Subscribe & Save benefits, including the discount amounts and eligibility used to determine discount amounts, at any time in its sole discretion. All changes will apply to future orders, including for current subscriptions.
Brands excluded from any discounts are Dior, Chanel, Benefit, Gucci, Makeup Forever, L’Occitane, Kerastase, Cartier, Steampod, Guerlain, Private collection for all brands (RC Gold, Gucci TAG, Armani Prive, Maison Lancôme, YSL Oriental, Tom Ford, CH Confidential, D&G Velvet, BV Palladiano and others).
It is not authorized to use discount codes on Subscribe & Save offers.
Some of the offer details may change as you receive deliveries over time (for example, price, taxes, availability, shipping charges, and the seller). If the item is unavailable when we plan to ship it, you authorize us to fulfill your order at a later date as soon as the item is back in stock. In case the item is discontinued, you authorize us to cancel your order.
Your Subscribe & Save subscription will automatically create a new order according to your chosen delivery schedule, until you cancel.
We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your subscriptions at any time without notice. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you.
Subscribe & Save benefits are limited to items displaying the Subscribe & Save offer on the detail page of the item. Subscribe & Save is only available to customers shipping to addresses in the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Items will not be shipped cross-border. Your participation in the Subscribe & Save program is personal to you, and you may not assign or transfer your Subscription or any of the benefits to any third party without our authorization.
Subscribe & Save discounts and any Subscribe & Save limited time special subscription promotions in effect apply only to eligible items displaying the offer message on the Subscribe & Save item information pages, and then only if you select the Subscribe & Save delivery method. Subscriptions are good while supplies last. Special limited time subscription promotions only apply during their effective dates. All returns under Subscribe & Save are subject to the Faces Returns policy. Subscribe & Save subscriptions are void where prohibited.
The total cost charged to your payment method for each Subscribe & Save order will be the cost of the item on the day that order is processed less the Subscribe & Save discount, plus any applicable sales tax.
The charge for each Subscribe & Save item shipment will be billed to the payment method used to create your subscription or as otherwise directed by you. If we are unable to complete your Subscribe & Save order with the payment method you used to create your subscription, you authorize us to update your subscription with another payment method in your account and to charge the payment method for your Subscribe & Save order.
Your subscription will remain in effect until it is cancelled. You can cancel at any time via Your Subscribe & Save Items page, which can be found in Your Account. If you cancel your subscription and then reactivate it, the discount applied to any Subscribe & Save item may not be the same discount in effect at the time of cancellation. If the Subscribe & Save discount percentage for such Subscribe & Save item changes, the new discount will be applied to your future shipments of that item.
We may, in our sole discretion, change these Terms, (including all applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the Amazon.com website), without notice to you. If any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS.
