HOW DO I CLAIM MY FREE FLIGHT?
Purchase products for a value of at least 1750 SAR/AED as stated on the shopping receipt/ invoice from one of the participating stores in Saudi Arabia or Dubai during the Promotion Period from 01.04.2023 to 22.04.2023 to qualify for a free flight voucher. Please retain your proof of purchase. Your unique redemption code will be printed on your receipt.
The first day you can claim is the 06th of May 2023, ending on the 20th of May. You must redeem your free flight voucher in this redemption window "Redemption Period". The unique promotion code printed on the receipt or invoice and the invoice number of the qualifying purchase serves as a unique code. Enter your code and complete the application form and submit.
Within 7 working days after receipt of your online application, we will process your application and get back to you via email. You are then required to upload your receipt / invoice of your eligible purchase as the proof of purchase within 48 hours of receiving the link.
Within 7 working days of providing the proof of purchase online and providing a valid application, you will receive a link to the final step of your application. In this step you can also add up to four additional passengers to your application. You will also need to upload the passports of all additional passengers travelling. Please note that any additional passengers will be charged the current flight price including all taxes and charges at the time of booking. This step must be completed within 48 hours of receiving the link.
Within 14 days of completion of your application, after the successful receipt of all necessary travel documentation, you will receive your free flight offer. Offers are subject to flight availability and availability of the flight is not guaranteed until the offer is booked. You must accept your flight offer within 48 hours. The offer cannot be booked if not confirmed within due time.
The Organizer will then book your free flight for you as soon as possible. If there are any additional passengers or cost for additional services, your flight will be booked after payment for the additional passengers has been taken.

WHICH DESTINATIONS CAN I TRAVEL TO?
Participants must give three different destinations they would like to travel to and three different travel dates. We will check our availability accordingly. Please note that not all destinations are available from all departure airports and that no given destination will be treated as a priority over another.

CAN I BOOK A TICKET FOR MY PARTNER OR A FRIEND?
Yes. We can add additional passengers to your booking. You can tell us about three additional passengers in your application. Any additional passengers will be charged at the current flight price at the time of booking including any taxes and charges. Any additional charges by the airline, such as for example, golf bags, additional luggage, priority boarding etc. will have to be paid for by the participant. Please note that some airlines charge for all checked baggage.
CAN I RECEIVE AND USE MULTIPLE VOUCHERS?
NO. Vouchers cannot be used for Group bookings and can’t be used in conjunction with each other.
1. Each purchase above 1750 SAR/AED qualifies for ONE free flight only.
2. Each free flight voucher is limited for a single use.
3. No group bookings can be made using vouchers. Free flights cannot be used in combination with each other.
4. Only one free flight voucher can be redeemed per person booking and flight.
WHEN CAN I TRAVEL?
All travel (departure and return) must be completed by 30.03.2024. All flights must be booked by the 30.06.2023. The minimum stay is three (3) calendar days. The maximum stay is thirty (30) calendar days and is dependent on the carrier’s available flight schedules.
The three chosen travel dates shall be in different months and thirty (30) days apart from each other. The earliest travel date a customer can choose is forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of their application. The offer is not valid for journeys during peak periods and over Eid, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Some periods (e.g., religious and school holidays) and dates may be restricted depending on the chosen destination and travel time. The availability of flights may also be restricted by special events, trade fairs or local holidays.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM STAY AT MY DESTINATION?
The minimum stay is three (3) calendar days. The maximum stay is thirty (30) calendar days and is dependent on the carrier’s available flight schedules.
CAN I GIVE MY FREE FLIGHT AWAY TO A FRIEND OR PARTNER?
No. Vouchers are personal and non-transferable. Bookings cannot be requested or made by third parties and flights may not be booked by third parties using the name of the participant.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY FREE FLIGHT FOR THE VALUE OF THE FLIGHT IN CASH?
No cash alternative will be offered in exchange for the voucher or promotional offer. Vouchers have no monetary value.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BE AWARE OF WHEN CHOOSING MY THREE TRAVEL DATES?
When choosing your three travel dates, please ensure that your first chosen travel date must be at least 45 calendar days away from the date the form is posted. Your travel dates have to be in different months and 30 days apart from one another.
MY FRIEND ALSO HAS A FREE FLIGHT VOUCHER, CAN WE FLY TOGETHER?
No. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with one another.
CAN I CHOSE MY FLIGHT TIMES OR AIRLINE?
No. The choice of carrier, flight times and route is at the sole discretion of The Organizer. The Participant is not entitled to demand a particular carrier, flight time or route.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO APPLY FOR MY FREE FLIGHT?
Your application must be received with the redemption period. The first day customers can claim is the 06th of May 2023, ending on the 20th of May (“Redemption Period”).
DO I HAVE TO UPLOAD A PROOF OF PURCHASE?
Yes. Your purchase receipt showing the eligible spend level of over 1750 SAR/AED must be retained and uploaded as proof of eligibility.
WILL THERE BE ANY ADDITIONAL COST?
Your free flight will be booked at no cost to the participant Your carrier base fare, taxes, passenger duty, fuel surcharges, service charge and airport fee will be covered by your free flight. All other costs associated with the flight will be borne by the Participant and are excluded from the promotional offer. Such other costs include but are not limited to any baggage or other charges made in connection with the flight or in addition to the fare such as any insurance, any additional fees for card payments, any fees for hotel, car hire, airport transfers, taxis, car park, seat upgrade, food and drink, visas, immigration documents or any other additional services. The Participant must pay for all additional services, additional passengers and cancelations or alterations via a credit card in their name.
I HAVE RECEIVED MY OFFER WHICH INCLUDES PAYING PASSENGERS BUT I NOW WANT TO REMOVE THEM. IS THIS POSSIBLE?
Should you decide to travel without the paying accompanying passengers included in your offer, please still accept your offer. Once accepted, please use the contact form to let us know immediately thereafter that you would like to travel without these additional passengers. inspire will then proceed to only book the free section of the offer received and no payment will need to be made.
CAN I MAKE ANY CHANGES TO MY FLIGHT AFTER IT IS BOOKED?
No changes or cancellations of flights are possible after the booking has been made.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BOOKING CONFIRMATION / TICKET?
Once you have accepted your offered flight (and paid for any additional passengers or charges if applicable) we will book your flight for you and send you your booking confirmation as soon as possible. Please be aware that bookings can’t always be made immediately after acceptance of an offer.
