However, these are insufficient. Follow a summer skincare routine and make a few lifestyle modifications to maintain healthy and bright skin throughout the season.

SPF

LIGHTWEIGHT CLEANSER

Because of the heat and humidity, you can use a light, foamy cleanser instead of a heavier cleanser (think cream or oil cleanser). We want your skin to feel light for the long sunny days. 

TONER

A toner is utilized to shut all of your skin's open pores. Summertime causes the skin to generate a lot of oil, which collects in these open pores and causes acne. With the use of refreshing toners, this may be prevented.

DUAL MOISTURISER

During the summer, use a combined moisturizer and sunscreen to help lighten things up. As long as you use a liberal amount and reapply every couple of hours, just like you would with conventional sunscreen. Replacing one skin-care step with a combination moisturizer/SPF will help clear your skin.

VITAMIN C

Vitamin C is beneficial all year, but it is especially crucial in the summer. It can aid with collagen formation, reduce hyperpigmentation, and enhance the look of fine wrinkles. Between cleaning and moisturizing, apply a few drops to your skin.

EXFOLIATOR

Although dermatologists warn us not to over-exfoliate, summer is the perfect time to do just that. Include "additional exfoliation" in your skin-care routine if you have oily skin. That doesn't imply you should exfoliate every day, but gradually increase the number of days you exfoliate every week.
