These are the book of rules and values that all of our Faces PHI-OM-SIG Fraternal Brothers and Sisters agree to abide by. They are the core values of what our Fraternity stands for. Ensure that you fully read and understand and accept them before Pledging, Joining, or starting a Chapter of our Fraternity.

Promotion of friendship and values

Always be helpful towards others. Offer your friendship and support unconditionally when needed. Look openly at people no matter what age, color, or race they are, and don’t be judgemental of people based on their circumstances.

Be fair and honest with others

Always be honest and fair with others day to day. Try to see the effects of your actions and be honest with people financially and morally when you deal with them.

Support an active and happy social life

Make sure that you are socially happy. Get out and have some fun whenever you have the opportunity. Party responsibly and never let yourself end up being a total mess and embarrassing yourself.

Learn to treasure time

Life is a gift, so try and remember that in the way you live each moment. Always do your best to use your time wisely and value its importance.

Focus on your future

Your future is important as you will live the rest of your life in it. Try to plan and achieve what you want for yourself by setting clear goals and work towards them.

Don’t be a quitter

Always try to stay determined when you set your sights on a task or a goal. Think long and hard before you give up on challenges and personal aspirations. Try and seek support of others around you to keep you on track.

Help your Fraternal Brothers and Sisters

If you are in a position to help another Frat member try to support them where reasonably possible.

Be loyal to people that are important to you.

Be faithful to those around you that rely on you, never treat them in a way that brings into question your allegiance towards your nearest and dearest.

Love your surroundings and appreciate nature

Remember we share the planet with animals, trees and flora and fauna. Treat it with respect and conserve it where possible.

Support those less fortunate than you

Either morally or spiritually support those around you that are less fortunate than you when they are suffering or need help.
